  • No, Medicare does not fund any services provided to assist people in remaining at home. Private home care services are self-funded.

  • Once we understand your needs, our care team can arrange private home care or 24/7 support promptly, with many services able to start within days of your first consultation.

  • No, you are not locked into a contract. We are a flexible service, meaning you can receive as much or as little care as you like on the days and times that you choose. We do ask you to sign an agreement that details how your care services are delivered. This is legally required by The Aged Care Act. You can cancel your agreement at any time without penalty or any exit fees.

  • Maison Care offers non-medical, in-home support and companionship, including personal assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, reminders, errands and accompanied transport.
